Purchase Requirements
Basic WordPress Knowledge

Beta Release Considerations
This is a beta release, and while the platform has been well-tested on indigitalworks.com and idplr.com, some bugs may still exist. We commit to resolving most issues within 24-48 hours.

Shop Requirements
Web Hosting and Domain Name: We’ll need your hosting panel login details to proceed. You can update the credentials once the setup is finalized.
Payment Processor: Necessary for accepting payments through platforms such as PayPal, Stripe, etc.
aMember License: Our store utilizes the membership software from amember.com to handle user management and transactions. We will take care of the installation, but you must buy the license and share the key with us.
Restrictions
You will have the ability to modify product details such as ecovers, descriptions, categories, and more, but you won’t be able to change the product Terms. This restriction is necessary to ensure compliance with the legal requirements of the products.

Franchise Fees
The shop with 12,000 products requires a Franchise Fee of $0.04 per product download. This fee can be paid in two ways: either through a credits charge or a monthly subscription. You can check the details for each option below.

Your shop includes an initial 100 download credits. Once these credits are spent, you can purchase additional credits as needed. The prices are following:

- 2500 credits – $87 ($0.035 per download)
- 5000 credits – $147 ($0.030 per download)
- 10,000 credits – $247 ($0.025 per download)
- 20,000 credits – $397 ($0.020 per download)
- 50,000 credits – $747 ($0.015 per download)
- 100,000 credits – $997 ($0.01 per download)
Note:
-
- 1 product download = 1 credit
- Only first download counts. If the same user downloads the same product multiple times, you will only be charged 1 credit.
- You are not charged when someone downloads products that you have published to the store yourself. You are charged credits only when someone downloads any of the 12,000 products available.
- Credits do not expire over time, they are only spent upon product download. You can purchase the 100,000 credits package if you want to achieve lower expenses per download.
- Credits will be available in your account instantly after the purchase
Instead of using download credits, you can opt for unlimited downloads with a monthly subscription plan:
- $197 per month
- $127 per month if paid yearly
- $97 per month if paid 2 years in advance
Note:
- With a monthly subscription, there are no credit charges (download fees).
- You can combine both credits and the subscription option. For example, if you have a special promotion where you expect a higher number of members and downloads, you can purchase a one-month subscription. This will help you preserve your credits, and once the monthly subscription expires, your shop will resume using credits, ensuring no downtime.
- If you have credits on your account and choose the monthly subscription, the credits won’t be consumed for downloads as long as your monthly subscription is active.
Shop Platform Only
Besides the shop with 12,000 pre-loaded products, you also have the option to buy the shop platform without any products. All the features provided with the 12,000-product shop are still available. This platform can be used as a store or a membership site to sell digital products. Please note that there is no Franchise charge (download fee) if you opt to purchase the platform to publish and sell your own products. Franchise charges are applicable only to the shop with 12,000 pre-loaded products.

Shop Design
When purchasing the shop, you have the option to choose from five distinct shop designs, which you can preview below. Please be aware that we are still finalizing some details, so you may encounter minor bugs.
The shop includes the Divi visual editor, making it simple for you to modify the design. After the shop has been installed, switching between designs is not possible. However, because all designs are built using Divi, you can easily redesign any of them. Feel free to explore Divi Divi here, or try out the demo.
Support
Currently, we do not provide technical support for plugins developed by third-party developers. While we can assist with minor issues, for more complex problems, you will need to contact the developers of those plugins directly.
Restrictions
The shop is yours to manage as you see fit, but there are certain restrictions that you should be aware of.
- You will have the ability to modify product details such as ecovers, descriptions, categories, and more, but you won’t be able to change the product terms. This restriction is necessary to ensure compliance with the legal requirements of the products.
- There are no overall download limitations for the shop, allowing you to have thousands of users and millions of downloads. However, there is a daily download limit of 200 products per user. For example, if you have 10 members, each can download up to 200 products per day. This limit discourages users from signing up for the membership and downloading large quantities of products in a short period. It is more than sufficient for legitimate users, and we even recommend setting a lower limit—InDigitalWorks, for instance, has a daily limit of 50 downloads per user (for a 3-month membership).
This protection is designed to prevent abuse and reduce the risk of refunds. It ensures that users download only the products they truly need, helping to conserve your download credits.
Based on our extensive experience, users typically download only a few hundred products in total and rarely exceed 1,000 downloads. For more details, you can refer to the video below showcasing IDPLR shop statistics based on data from 110,000 users.
Minimal Pricing
To maintain the value of the shops, we have established minimum pricing guidelines for both products and memberships that you must follow if you plan to sell our products in your shop.
Minimal product pricing for web shop
When selling individual products via the shopping cart, you can edit the prices for the 12,000 products, but they should not be set below the following:
- $1 for ebooks
- $2 for products/packages that include video or audio
Minimal pricing for membership plans
- 1 month – minimum $17
- 3 months – minimum $37
- 6 months – minimum $57
- 1 year – minimum $87
- 2 years – minimum $127
- Lifetime membership – minimum $147
These restrictions apply to public prices. For non-public offers, such as special promotions, you can lower the prices. For example, you can send your free members a special offer to upgrade at a reduced price. However, these lower prices should not be publicly displayed and should not go below $7 per month.
Tip: Special offers will have a greater impact and higher conversion rates if you set the prices above the minimums mentioned above. Ultimately, the final decision is up to you.
IDPLR membership prices are higher than those mentioned above, so we won’t be competing with your shop.
FAQ
Are there any monthly costs involved in operating the store?
There are no mandatory monthly expenses or commitments. We use a “per download credit billing” system. If you don’t sell any products, there won’t be any additional monthly costs involved, allowing you to operate the shop for free. When you start selling products or memberships, it will cost you only 1 to 4 cents per product download, depending on the credit package you purchase.
Your only expense will be around $5 for a hosting account, which you pay directly to the hosting company of your choice, not to us.
How hard is it to run the shop?
Once the shop is installed and configured, there’s not much work involved. You will be responsible for tasks such as:
- Collecting payments and providing support to your customers
- Occasionally managing your WordPress shop design, content, plugins, and backups
- Optionally publishing new digital products
The hardest and most time-consuming aspect will likely be marketing and driving traffic to your store.
What are the hosting requirements for the shop?
This is a cloud-based shop, so hosting requirements are minimal.
The shop will be installed on your own hosting account and domain, giving you full control to manage and modify it as you wish. However, all product files (zip archives) are hosted on our cloud server and connected to your store via API.
Our cloud server handles all resource-intensive tasks and automation scripts, such as preview generation, HTML extraction, video/audio conversion, image resizing, zip manipulation, PDF license creation, rebranding, and more. This allows you to enjoy the benefits of a high-performance shop while only paying for standard, budget-friendly web hosting.
You will need a minimal hosting account with 10GB of space (20GB recommended).
We recommend using reputable hosting providers like NameCheap, Hetzner, or Hostinger.
Before we can proceed with installation, you will need to provide us with the hosting panel logins (such as cPanel or Direct Admin) that come with your hosting account. You can change the login details later after the installation is complete.
What is the difference between the Shop with products and Platform Only?
There is no difference in the platform itself; both options are the same. The only difference is that with Platform Only, you don’t get the 12,000 products.
Additionally, with Platform Only, there are no franchise fees (download credits) involved, since you will be publishing your own products.
Why is aMember license required?
aMember is required to manage users and payments. With its extensive price-to-feature ratio, it can’t be matched by anything else on the market, which is why we chose to implement it into the shop rather than developing our own solution. We have been using it for our own membership sites since 2008, so its quality and stability are well tested.
aMember supports over 200 payment processors and comes with integrated Affiliate and Help Desk modules by default, along with numerous plugins to further expand its functionality.
Before we can proceed with the installation of the shop, you will need to provide us with the aMember license key. You should obtain this directly from aMember.com. Do not opt for an installation from their services, as we will handle the installation and setup ourselves.
Installation is included, but is there any work or shop setup that I need to do?
You will receive the shop fully installed and operational, but the initial setup is not the final configuration. The shop will be approximately 90% set up, and you will need to complete the remaining 10%, which includes tasks like:
- Connecting your payment processor
- Uploading your logo
- Editing the page content
- Modifying existing, or creating new membership plans to suit your offer (optional).
We will provide documentation and links to videos and other resources to assist you in completing these tasks.
