I'm trying to buy a gold membership, but ClickBank link isn't working
Please open a support ticket here. We will send you an alternative payment link.
I have upgraded to gold membership, but my account is showing FREE
1. Please logout from your USER AREA, delete cookies and history and login again to see your gold status.
2. If you weren’t logged into your account while making the purchase, or if you have used different email on checkout page than you account email (for example different PayPal email), then our membership software has probably create a new account for you. Details for your new account were sent on your email address which you used on checkout page. Please check that email as well as spam folder. If you didn’t receive any logins, please send an email to [email protected].

What is the price for your service?
You can choose one of three different gold subscriptions plans – 3 months, 1 year or lifetime. You can see all the details here:
How to register to ContentXpress for free?
How do I request a refund and what is the refund period?
You can request a refund either by ClickBank directly, or by posting a support ticket and selecting “Refund request” category. Refund period is 30 days from the date of a purchase, regardless of the membership that you purchased.

What is the difference between list building rights and giveaway rights?
Can be used to build a mailing list
Indicates whether you can give this product away for free in exchange for a visitor’s email address or other information (this is different to giving it away for free, since people must provide their information to get access to the product).
Can be given away for free
Indicates whether you can give the product away for nothing in return (i.e. people can download the product from your website for free without providing an email address or any other information).

I'm a lifetime member but I can't access eCover creator
You can try to open eCover creator in different web browser (Firefox is recommended). If this doesn’t help, please check your Flash Player. It needs to be updated to a latest version.

Can I sell products for any price?
When you download our products – the become yours and you can sell them for any price you wish. Some products have minimal price set which is stated in product license so before you start selling the product, check the license for that information.
Can I translate products to other languages?
Yes, you are allowed to do that.
Why am I receiving only $0.10 per affiliate instead of $0.20?
You will receive $0.10 for every free member you refer, until you manage to get your first sale. Once one of your affiliates upgrades his membership to lifetime gold, you will start receiving $0.20 for free members. This is to ensure that you’re driving real traffic, and not paying people for free memberships so you could receive $0.20.
